Architectural Design Presentations Using Chief Architect 10 is a textbook, workbook, and reference manual all in one volume. It includes all of the information and procedures required to create a three-dimensional design model, but also includes the fundamentals of residential construction, guidelines and standards for residential design, and the concepts behind various types of technical drawings. Step-by-step instructions guide the learner through a series of realistic activities that create a three-dimensional computer model of a two-story, three-bedroom, single-family home of approximately 2,500 square feet. It also includes instructions for creating, from that model, line drawings and color renderings for design presentations. Most of the activities include no more than ten steps and allow the learner to choose from multiple options resulting in a customized design and a model and drawings that are unique. (346 Pages)
